Prices
We rent our luxury holiday apartment at a moderate daily rate.
- Daily rate: EUR 200.00 per day. (max. 6 persons)
- Final cleaning only once: EUR 195.00 per rental
- Deposit: EUR 500.00
- Minimum rental: 1 week
- The prices are per day and include bed linen, towels, additional costs (electricity, heating, water, etc.) and the use of the sauna.
- Personal greeting and hand over of the keys
- Arrival at 3.00 p.m. / departure 10.00 a.m.
Payment
Upon receipt of the lease, which is also your invoice, 20% of the total price is due. The balance must be received at least 4 weeks before your arrival. For short-notice reservations, the total amount has to be paid on booking.
Replacement tenants
Until the start of the rental period, a tenant can be replaced by a third party, provided you let us know. We can object to the replacement tenant if there are any legal or official infringements of regulations.
Cancellation/ Cancellation fees
You can withdraw from the contract at any time before the rental period begins. In the event of a withdrawal there is a fee to be paid per object/holiday apartment as described in the following list:
- until 45 days before the rental date 20 % of the total price
- from 44 to 35 days before the rental date 50 % of the total price
- from 34 days before the rental date 80 % of the total price
- from 1 day before the rental date, cancellation or no-show, 100 % of the total amount.
- further cancellation fees - only once: EUR 50.00
Cancellations, booking amendments or other changes must be made in writing.
We advise you to take out travel insurance before departure.
